Above is a contraption called the “Instant Replay”. I don’t know why it’s called that, but it’s one of the more fun things in my current PT regimen.
This bungee thing gets attached to my hip.
Then I pull away from it so there’s plenty of traction, and start marching in place for 2 minutes, both sides.
It actually becomes pretty difficult.
It feels a bit silly marching in place for two minutes, but I think that’s part of what makes it fun.
