Our costume designer, Amanda Waal, flew in to fit us today before dress rehearsal of The Lucy Poems. They are very cool corsets woven from men’s shirts and underneath is a LOLAstretch Sheer Power leo, courtesy of moi.
We did a cue to cue and then a full dress and we all left feeling good. I hope to see you all there this weekend! (Please introduce yourself after if you come, I would love to meet you!)

Amy Brandt being fitted by Amanda.

Me being fitted. Yes, I now have a bit of a faux hawk:-)

And last but certainly not least, Miss Elizabeth Brown contemplates the corset.

My gosh, it *looks* like a dressing room, but where is all the usual mess???
Anyway cool post!
Lately I am thinking of cutting my hair short before the summer, and coincidentally yours was actually what I envisioned! So I might have to tell the hairdresser to check out the Winger for that!
I’m not entirely sure yet though, because I am used to having it quite long so it’s a BIG difference, and I wonder if short hair doesn’t take a lot of styling. :S (whereas I now just make a quick braid, ponytail, or spin it into a fast bun. Long hair is super easy really!

Hi — we came last night and loved it! Your solos were amazing! You were so good — you’re such a good actor as well as dancer. The costumes were really cool and fit the mood perfectly. The whole thing was really stunning! I will blog about it as soon as I get a chance. We were gonna come up and meet you but you looked so swamped by all your fans!
