Now that I’ve gotten all of my “Inside 890″ posts out of my system, it’s time for more Dancer Trading Cards! Back with a vengeance.

1. Favorite New York Location: West Village
2. Favorite Restaurant: Waverly Inn
3. If you could be on place in the world right now, where would it be? Right where I am. New York is the best place!
4. Performance that changed your life: There was one particular Giselle that stands out in my mind. Julie Kent is always a wonderful Giselle, but this one evening her mad scene was remarkable. A member of her family had just passed away, and it was obvious to me that all of the emotions from her traumatic personal experience were flowing out on to the stage.
5. Favorite Band: Too many to name! How could anyone pick just one?
6. Biggest Guilty Pleasure Movie: Troop Beverley Hills
7. Favorite Book: Ayn Rand’s The Fountainhead, Haruki Murakami’s The Wind Up Bird Chronicles, Anything by Thich Nhat Hanh or Joan Acocella
8. Favorite Comfort Food: Chocolate peanut butter Levain cookie
9. Childhood Idol: Every principal dancer on the “ABT Now: video. I watched it a million times growing up.
10. Favorite Role to Dance: The Gingerbread Cookie in Kevin’s Nutcracker—just kidding.
11. Who would you want to play you in a movie? Chloe Sevigny
12. Favorite Artist: As far as painters go that would be Van Gogh, Karen Kilimnik, and Egon Schiele. As for dancers, Alessandra Ferri tops the list.
13. Favorite Historical Era: The Renaissance.
14. If You Weren’t a Dancer, what would you be? I think that’s one of the most difficult questions because I’ve spent most of my life working on becoming just that… It’s hard to imagine a different life.
15. Where do you see yourself in 20 years? If i knew the answer to that question life would be a whole lot easier!

This has nothing to do with the trading cards, but for Wingers interested in looking at some dance photos, I just discovered a couple of excellent photo galleries on our hometown newspaper’s site. They are not the most current stuff, but they are great!
