This was Marcia’s first dressing room in the Teatro Municipal de Rio de Janeiro, and when we were on tour there, Marcia wanted Luis to have the same dressing room.

What wonderful photos, as usual. I love black and whites! I especially love the one of “luis on stage” and of course julie getting ready for Giselle. She’s such a beauty, can’t really take a bad picture of her. Wonderful!

What struck me in this wonderful series is the deep focus and thought you can see in the dancers. You want to know what they are all thinking, but you know it is intense.
When I usually see dance I don’t feel this much introspection as I am usually focused on form and movement and the concentration seen in the dancers is “of the moment”. Here the subjects seem to be far and away in their thoughts, but you know it is about dance.
Patricio, yet again, captures the amazing depth and beauty to be found in the world of dance through photography. Thanks Patricio!

Amazing pictures I especially love the one of ” On Stage” whoever that is has a very good arebesque! I also think the “Top Models” is super funny, great job capturing all of these. Keep up the outstanding work!

These are all awesome pictures…It makes me want to do it even more so I can experience it. I love, love, LOVE the pictures of ‘luis’ where he is looking down in the wings (its practically professional) and the one where julie is getting ready for giselle….great pics
