I was looking at some rehearsal photos and I want to share these with you.
At the moment my camera is still waiting because I’m dancing a lot, so the photographer has to wait a little. Here you will found different ballet rehearsal photos.
I hope you enjoy and little by little know more about Ballet de Santiago and also about my work as a photographer.

A Little Tea or Something
Every day as a ballet teacher I carefully choose words to help my young students understand how to move correctly in class. “Imagine that someone has tied fishing line to your sternum and is lifting and pulling it away from you.” “Keep your heels glued to the floor in demi plie.” “Think of your hands as sculpture.” “Ballet is about geometry, creating lines; when you drop your hand at the wrist, the line is broken.” And then I see your amazing pictures, which speak volumes. Thank you so much! Also, a brief note from my mom, a former ballerina who also teaches ballet: Marcela Goicoechea has a beautiful, expressive face.—Deb Young
