Hey Alex! I saw you on SYTYCD tonight. I had no idea that you were auditioning this year. So, now it is a real nail biter for me until next weeks show to see if you made it.

Hi Alex! I’m sure you don’t remember us but we met you on the plane to L.A. on June 1st. We enjoyed talking to you, you were full of personality-now bring that to SYTYCD!!!!!!!!!!!!! Proud of how you danced and glad we could see it. The boys sat beside Chris and I anxiously awaiting your fate, thankfully it was good news! I wish I could send our votes in for you but of course being Canadians we are blocked out. Just know that you have sparked a fire in our boys to start dancing. Keep your spirits up and know that even though we can’t “vote” where it counts, we are still voting for you in our hearts!

    Now kick some ass……..

I may already have commented here, but I don’t see the comment. I was wondering if you were born to Jamaican parents. I am from Jamaica and many chinese were in Jamaica and moved to Canada. Wong was a popular surname there.

You are a wonderful dancer and we are voting for you. My daughter danced ballet until recently. Her ballet master was Vladimir Issaev, who also taught at Miami City many years ago. Before that he was the Director of Ballet National de Caracas. He is Russian.

    GOOD LUCK :) Gail

    Hi Alex,

I don’t know that I have the words to adequately compliment your talent! You possess a grace and masculinity that is unprecedented in the dance world today. You convince me with every move, and without fail I find myself breathless and teary eyed whenever I see you dance. Thanks so much for sharing your gift- the poetry that you are able to achieve is among the most epic of contemporary beauties.

I hope you make it out to San Francisco so I can see you dance in person sometime!

    Hey Alex,

Yesterday, I just randomly decided to check out SYTYCD on hulu, and I was stunned by your performances. There is no doubt that you are an incredible artist. I was disheartened to learn of your injury while watching the show this evening, and I can only imagine your disappointment. You are in my prayers for a swift recovery. No matter what happens, I know that this experience will shape you as a person and only take your dancing to a greater depth.

Alex, I just watched my DVR of SYTYCD from last night and I am heartbroken for you right now. You are absolutely amazing, you bring something to the stage I’ve never seen before. Your nature keeps you from being conceited, but know that you are truly a wonder! I hope this all pulls through for you. My day just feels empty now since I didn’t see you dance this week. Regardless how this injury works out, I can’t wait to see you live someday. My heart (and I’m so sure many many others) are with you right now. -Rachel

Just a Vancouver fan here. Thanks for amazing us on SYTYCD and being an inspiration with your awesome work ethic. We’re all really glad you get to come back to the show next year. If being stuck in a chair for 3 months drives you nuts, you could always try to figure out how to do a wave with your arms. That’ll help keep you from getting bored. Best wishes for a full & speedy recovery.

    Hey Alex!
I am so heartbroken over what happened on SYTYCD, and I actually know how you feel. I’m a 21-year old bellydancer/ ballroom dancer and just 2 weeks ago had surgery on my left ankle for Os Trigonum Syndrome aka “Dancer’s Heel”. My ankle had been inhibiting my dancing for the past two years and it wasn’t until recently that I found out what it was. Now I am in recovery and going absolutely crazy not being able to be as active as I was and trying to figure out ways to practice and keep in shape but give my foot a rest.

From the moment I saw you dancing on the show, I have been with you all the way. Your dancing is incredibly beautiful and a huge source of inspiration to me, and your love of the art will keep you strong through this time. I know you will heal and be back in action in no time.

Hello Alex Wong! I am one of your fan in China.
I just watched the show on the internet, knowing you are badly injured and not able to stay there. I want to tell you,in my heart, you are more than amazing. Especially when the time you said you are so grateful, twice,in the end, I am so deeply touched. You inspire me. I have ever had that thankful heart to face the oppotunities and the gifts I have been given. I have never tried that hard like you on what I really want. What I have done to pursue after my dream is not enough, even though before today I thought I did and I hated the frustrations so badly. You are so wonderful. I want to be a person with such a powerful and beautiful soul like you someday.
I was intended to leave a message on twitter, while, unfortunately, Twitter is not available in China. So I hope you can see it here. Wish your surgery go along well and you can dance soon! All of us deserve the chance to keep pursuing our dreams. Thank you to be on so you think you can dance ,and to be an example. I will begin to say grateful everyday to what I’ve got and try harder on my dream.
I hope you can understand what I am trying to say to you from my poor English.
Wish you will be fine soon!

I just want to wish every success in your life, especially at the level of health, which both accurate now. To me, you are one of the best dancer I’ve ever seen in my life. I cried like a baby on the first dance you did with Allison Holker, and from that moment I wished that you wert the winner. Be strong, everything will be alright. Next year I’ll get back to watching the program only to have the privilege of seeing you dance again. (Sorry the bad english)

You are absolutely brilliant and one of the greatest dancers many have seen in a very long time or ever. I hope we have the opportunity to see you again, whether through SYTYCD or other means. Hopefully, you’ll manage to be in the NY/NJ/PA area during your professional career so I may have that opportunity.

    Alex.
Words cannot describe your talent and the awe I’m in after watching you dance.
So incredibly beautiful, both your dancing and your soul. The way you enlightens peoples’ lifes, even just for a few minutes, all over the world is amazing. And I’m not even that into dancing.. I was just zapping around, stumbled over “so you think you can dance” and saw that hiphop dance you did with twitch. WOW!!!! Seriously, I just watched it over and over again on youtube. Friggin’ amazing! I can just imagine how impressed those people who knows dancing are when they see you.
Anyways, take care of that brilliance and keep making this world a better place. And for God sakes let me know when you’re coming to Sweden :) Best of luck to you!
