					<description>This really captures the backstage atmosphere. One of the best things about NYCB is, you get the feeling the dancers all like one another and are supportive of their colleagues. I'm sure there are passing jealousies and rivalries but you get the sense that it's more of a family than most performing arts enterprises.</description>
