So I can’t dance right now, and it’s starting to drive me crazy… crazy enough to do equally crazy things to my hair.
It’s a trade off I guess. I can’t appear on stage, but because of that, I can do strange things with my hair if I feel like it.
This is at my favorite salon Bumble & Bumble, down in the Meatpacking district. It took quite a while to convince my stylist to give me the look I wanted… but we eventually got there.
Here’s the final product, with me relaxing at thehappycorp. It tooks many hours, which I guess is what lead to the Sapporo in my hand.

Outer expression of inner turmoil?

I like it! Some of the highlights are very blonde — it’s fun!

Your hair looks great, but I also wanted to say that I think your make-up looks fantastic in every photo you’ve ever posted on this site! Does all this expertise come from years of performing on stage, or are there any magazines, books, etc. that you read for tips? Seriously, the eyelashes in this photo belong in a commercial.

Magnificent Kristin, just a magnificent do. What I love about The Winger is we learn that dancers eat and drink beer and wine and have lives away from the barre. Oh yes, all of Carla’s fans cried when she left town, but maybe it will help her as a choreographer to be with Peter in a small company.
Did I recommed Rialto to you? a nice Italian in Soho on………….. Sullivan?
Really nice space and nice atmosphere and nice persons and not cheap.

I’ve been wanting something different myself, but I have so much hair that i never think highlights would really work on me–it would take a year to get them all in!
Anyway, it looks great.
