Happy Birthday in advance Tonya...

What's the scoop on bare feet or deck shoes... which is better?

I had/have a Morton's Neuroma and had an cortisone injection which hurt like hell and did nothing.

I would think that ballerinas could wear those high heel shoes without suffering like normal women do. Not true?

Lisa had a cortisone injection and it did a world of good for her. Today she starts physical therapy at studio for dancers I found so she can get down with all of the fancy equipment. Trying to keep her out of all those pairs of cruel shoes that gals seem to have such a fondness for. Perhaps the book is a warning to recovering parties, or maybe someone just has a foot fetish.

Good luck Kristin. Hope you are back in time for my birthday party.

I had an arthrogram of my frozen shoulder last year and it was most definitely NO FUN. I'll be thinking of you - best of luck.
