Looking forward to reading all about your dancing in the Windy City!

Welcome!

I was just thinking it's funny: when I was reading the part about your twin I thought "Ah, she a dancer too, or a non-dancer?", to read half a second later "non-dancer" - both as if this is an actual classification- whereas I don't suppose bookkeepers refer to friends and relatives from other fields of life as "non-bookkeepers" or something! ;)
Goes to show once again that dance is a lifestyle rather than just a job or a hobby.

Anyway, good to hear you like Amsterdam (I live there! :) ), did you visit the Dutch National Ballet here?

Welcome Lauren,

I have literally been ranting and raving about the JB on this site and msg board since I first saw the company perform "Cinderella" last Oct 2006. It is a about bleeping time a Joffrey dancer became a blogger, too; NYC ain't the only place that has great dance. I even emailed Kristen to get someone here from JB. Yeah, it finally happened!

I took a photo of you with Michael Smith and Anastacia Holden last Dec. after a "Nutz" performance, and I totally bragged about meeting the dancers backstage (FYI: click my name to view all my JB posts). Anyhoo, have a great "Nutz" this year, and I look forward to reading your blogs and seeing see you perform.
