Thanks for pointing to this article.

For me the pants-jumping-into video shows that a little creativity can go along way in terms of building a a large audience of viewers for your YouTube videos.

The challenge is still how to monetize videos, which can take a lot of time and work to create.

Anaheim Ballet says that they have not monetized videos. City Ballet quote doesn't make clear if ticket sales result directly from their YouTube channel - although they might. Part about Grover Dale (A4D) is misleading because Grover doesn't say he makes money from videos - he makes money by selling subscriptions.

So dance, I think, would benefit from figuring out how exactly online dance videos can actually be monetized in concrete way. Any ideas?</description>
