A review and an interesting slide show caught my eye this morning in the Times.

Wilfred Romoli danced his farewell in Phlegmatic, which I had the opportunity to dance a month ago. (note the beauties with him in the first photo)

Also, my dear friend, Isabelle Ciaravola, in the lead of Raymonda. A beauty herself!

I really enjoyed the slide show when I saw it on nyt.com. I wish more papers would have stuff like this more often.

thanks for posting this–POB is definitely among the top 3 ballet companies worldwide, and it’s nice to read that it’s performing works by choreographers like Preljocaj

Oh my goodness! I was actually in paris during april vacation, and I saw this! All of them were SO beautiful and stunning. I was there with a group from my dance studio. There was a nouryev piece and we were in the second balcony and we could literally hear the dancers breathing. 4 T’s was really amazing, and so was nouryev, although when the four guys had a piece we could tell who the understudy was! :P
