according to the article, this couple didn't even pick up ballet until 2001, they were both trained from childhood in Chinese acrobatics.

I love how the two art forms are integrated in such an interesting way.</description>

b) Al the "tricks" in the pas de deux really detract from the emotional resonance of the ballet for me. I love modern interpretations of classical works, but every interpretation of Swan Lake I've ever seen has always kept the passion. Even with Tchaikovsky's amazing score this just feels hollow.</description>
