Hello everyone,
Last week i was selected for a commission for the West Wave Dance Festival presented at the Yerba Buena Center For The Arts in San Francisco. We will be part of this years new inclusion of Dance on film. This is Hog wild for me! I have always wanted to get some of my work in YBCA. Hands down it is one my favorite venues anywhere and it is dope that is based in SF.
The festival begins in August so that means that i have to have the TAGsf web-site up before then. The site will be very different from what one might expect but i promise it will be a fun little surprise. We will be presenting things in our unique manner from what is currently presented out there. Tons of prep work needs to go in to keep it tight, but it will be fun pulling together the material with my team. In the midsts of all of this i start work with dancers this week on a seperate TAGsf performance/installation and traveling.
Basically you will be seeing a lot more of my postings in the next few months jumping around like a mad man. If you see me in the streets pushing around on my board , (zero emissions, staying green) you will see me jumping curbs getting to and fro places. If you are lucky enough to see me fall its OK to laugh…… I would!
